negligence and mismanagement

Hi there to whom it may concern
I muhammad ganchi resident of lenasia was travelling on the n12 towards lenasia with my wife's Honda jazz on Monday morning 5/12/16 around 9:00 am when I noticed I have a flat tyre
As I entered Lenz I felt that Kwik fit lenasia ext 8 is the closest so I'll go there to get help
When arriving there I was told that I need to replace my tyre because it slit
I was not told anything or asked anything about replacing the valve as well
OK I provided a brand new tyre and it was fitted in and I left the shop after approximately 1 hour and 30 mins at around 10:30am
I headed to work via nirvana drive which is newly resurfaced a week now which is 3 ks from Kwik Fit
There after I return on the same road towards the local mall which is about 4ks away
Then went home which is down the road from the fitment center
So until 5pm on the same day I did most 50kms on the new tyre and new roads
Later at around 9pm when my wife decides to go out towards lenasia south which is 15ks away
I taught it's better I join her as it was raining
That's when I find out that my brand new tyre is completely flat to the ground and had to change it to the spare wheel in the rain at 9pm
I phoned the supplier of the tyre to inquire
He came through and did an assessment on the tyre
Finding out that THE OLD VALVE WHICH HAD SIGNS OF RUST ON IT IS STILL ON THE TYRE CHECKED IT AND SEEN THAT IT WAS BROKEN
The next morning at around 9am I went back to the shop
I showed Mr Ozayr Rahiman the person who helped me the previous day and explained him the situation
He actually admitted to say that his boy must've not checked the valve and asked me to inquire from his boy (mismanagement)
When I do the boy says his not allowed to talk to the client regarding anything
Going back to the owner who now is showing me no interest and playing racing games on his phone
Tells me that if the boy wishes to give some money back for his negligence the good for me
Otherwise he will not able to help me in replacing my tyre or giving me money back he even went on later to say that he has dealt with many cheapskates like me who always looking for freebies
I tried my best to get his attention and get him to sort things out but he showed me no interest
Instead he was arrogant and threatened me
I did go to a lady behind the counter to inquire who is the manager knowing that it was him I was really upset now as about 3 hours past and I'm in the same situation I became valgur towards the management of the place and not towards the lady
That when Mr Ozayr publicly threatened me and insulted me asking me to leave and telling me I won't get a cent out of him
I am really really disappointed with the service I received
And I am a Islamic scholar and hope to receive a public apologie as I was insulted in public
I do wish to take this matter further with the relevant groups as in AA, RMI, and any other constitution avenues
Please help me out here and understand that the response of the local community regarding the matter and other matters concerning Mr Ozayr and his business are poor

Thanks and all the best
Muhammad Ganchi
