Most shocking car wash experience

I had the most shocking service at the Cavendish car wash yesterday. Firstly, the woman booking my car in was so full of attitude, and is certainly not the right person for a client facing position. Secondly, my car was not ready within the 1-1 and a half hour time frame given - and when I got to my car, it didn’t even look like it had been washed, so I queried it, and was told that it needed to be buffed/polished at a price of R1500. By now I am beyond annoyed, get into my car, drive home, apply some water to my little microfiber cloth and gave my car a bit of a wipe, and guess what, it came clean. I paid over R100 (an absolute premium, where the Shell garage on Rosmead Avenue charges R55) for a service that I didn’t receive. The worst part about it all is the service, the guy who wanted to charge me a fortune to have a buff or a polish basically laughed at me and was not willing to help at all, and not to mention the attitude I received in the office, for what reason I am not sure - but this is really not what I expect when all I wanted was a clean car.
