Kwik Fit Carwash V&A - Bad service

I had my car washed at the Waterfront as a usually do. During my previous experience, the windows were not cleaned on the inside, but I let it go, as they're usually OK. This time around, I came outside after finishing my shopping and there was nobody in sight. I stood in the parking for over 20 minutes. I've already paid my parking ticket, which ended up expiring and could have cost me much more if the V&A staff didn't open for me at the gate.
