Key ring attachment disappeared during car wash

I removed all the valuables from the car when taking it in for a wash on Wednesday 18/11/2015, but I left a small Swiss Army knife on the key ring. When handed back the keys after the wash the knife was missing and everyone denies having seen it. It's not a big value item, but this is irritating and it is unlikely that I will go back again.<br> <br> The staff on duty undertook to look into this and call me back yesterday, but did not do so. I called this morning and the person I spoke to said that he would look into it and call me back which he did. However, the response was that nobody could confirm that there was a knife on the key ring which implies that I am either mistaken or lying.<br> <br> As mentioned, it's no big deal, but I think you should know that this is happening to your customers.
