Don't let KwikFit quote - They are inconsistent

I had a bit of run-in with Kwik Fit at Cavendish.<br> <br> They provide an extra facility of quoting for dents and scratches by proving an email quote.<br> <br> Over the telephone, they confirmed that they have quoted of the dents and scratches. Unfortunately I accepted the telephonic quote.<br> <br> Rule: Rather be at the location (Cavendish) with all the spot pointed out and clearly documented in the quote.<br> <br> A call later to Jonathan, the General Manager, kindly sorted out my issues with no extra costs, but to hos staff he retracted his offer.<br> <br>They are ******* with quotes.Many thanks to Jonathan and my humble apologies to Andre, Ernest and Cheslyn, who got the worst out of me. <div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
