Dent repair shocking service at Waterfront Kwik Fit

<p>24/1/2017 - Receiving shocking service this morning from a very rude employee, Gavin. I drove my car, a 2000 classic Spider as they were approved to fix a dent on the left hand side door by my insurer. On arrival at 7.45, he first told me that my insurer had not approved my claim after I had spoken to Sean on at least 3 occasions confirming the insurance approval and the date. On finding the paperwork Gavin then changed his story and then told me that the car was booked in for the next day next day which was definitely not the case. He was rude and completely disinterested in solving a diary misunderstanding with a very bad attitude insisting that they were right. I had to organise a lift back to the office and was considerably inconvenienced by this change of plan as a business owner who now was needing to leave the car with them overnight. Gavin just shrugged his shoulders when I told him that I would not be back and that I would never trust them with my car considering this shocking service and attititude. I called Sean when I got back to the office to hear his side of the story and he insisted again that I told him the date of the 25th and hardly even apologised for their mixup. They refused to give me the number of the owner Simon as per their policy and I promised never to return to this branch or any Kwik Fit again. Will ensure that this complaint is also lodged with the insurer who has approved them as a preferred suppliers. </p>
