Bad service !

<p> </p> <p>To whom it may concern , </p> <p><br />Date : Sunday 11 June 2017 <br />Paid : R270 / extra polish wash car service </p> <p>Paid for my extra polish car wash , R 270 ! </p> <p>Got to my car to see marks on my bonnet, CLEARLY NOT polished . Marks on the windscreen . </p> <p> </p> <p>Back seats , had not been touched , back windows still dusty ,not even wiped ! </p> <p> </p> <p>I managed to track a staff member down , explain that I am not happy . He walks away , saying he will get someone .</p> <p>Waited for 10 minutes , no one arrives . By this time , cleaning staff are coming over to look, and amongst themselves are blaming other staff members !</p> <p>Finally a Manager comes over , I explain , he dares to justify the experience ! </p> <p>After pointing out all the dirty areas , he offers a voucher , walks off moaning under his breath. </p> <p>The problem is I don't want a voucher , I wanted a clean car ! </p> <p>Not happy . </p> <p>PS This is my 2nd time that I have had a shoddy car wash from Kwik fit , need to accept that this is their level of service , shocking!</p>
