Avoid at all costs - destroyed steering rack boots during alignment

Went for an alignment in which the technician could not straighten my steering wheel. This is a basic task that any wheel alignment technician should know. He then hastily told me to leave and go to another kwikfit branch where someone could help. I decided to go to a Dunlop instead of kwikfit so I could get away from kwikfit's inexperience and an unsatisfactory service.

At Dunlop they alerted me to my steering rack boots which were twisted and torn from the previous technician at kwikfit (these boots were replaced less than a month ago when my steering rack was reconditioned).

Kwikfit is refusing to admit responsibility and pay for my repair.

Would avoid kwikfit at all costs. Not worth the hassle which comes with it.
