what is happening with my kwik draw

hy this suprised me as i am the costumer of fin choice from 2016 at finchoice they gave me the amount of R10545 so that i can do the kwik draw in it , but apparently like yesterday i wanted to kwik draw the R10000 n it was disappeared when i called they say my loan is being reach , that means i dnt qualified anymore ... so i dnt knw wat went wrong with my acc . so mr peter if u can help me with that i could be happy..
