Got notification within that period that the delivery was scheduled on a specific day before 5pm - NEVER HAPPENED - I had to contact them to hear an excuse that the product was damaged in transit and another item had been ordered and the delivery will be expedited, a few days later I get a reply to another query e-mail from myself and they claim the new items will arrive the following day, that day came and went and still no delivery or apology or anything. Twenty days on and after numerous e-mails which now go unanswered and failure to reach their land line number or their whatsap number I am following through with a threat to expose their business practices online to the world. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ****......you have been warned !!!! BY the way I want a full refund of my money - Order number 12307</div>
