Worst online experience ever

Very very disappointed! Placed an order on 28 Jan which would've been delivered on 3 Feb. After numerous email and WhatsApp messages, no delivery has been made! Blaming the logistic partner for substandard service, promising to escalate the query to no avail, no answer at the landline, empty promises over email and no delivery was made as yet! Ordered items from another online company on the same day and received the order 2 days later. You've lost a customer who can spread the bad review like a flue virus.
