Kwickclick -do not use this online site!!!!

Do not use this online store.Made an EFT payment for my robotic vacuum cleaner on 01 Feb 2020. Delivery was never made. Apparently the item was damaged. I opted for a refund which I have not yet received. Their landline doesn't work . They sent out generic emails claiming that have high volumes of queries but never attended to mine. The last email claimed that they are moving premises. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! I have also reported this site to the SA Consumer complaints. I have advised them that I will be writing a review on hellopeter and was advised that my matter would then be very delayed as a specialised department will deal with the query.
