Don’t use kwickclick.com

Payment everything was successful, and email confirmation was done. After that the company failed to respond to any e-mails or whatsapp messages. After many attempts I received a rude message saying nothing so I was still left in the dark with no delivery date. After numerous attempts (again) I received a shipping date... that was never met. So it was blamed on load shedding and after that the item was damaged... I asked for a refund and I hope that will happen. From my personal experience I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. I do a lot of online shopping and never experienced this mess.
