they dont even deserve to be 1 star rating, that's how pathetic service they have, placed an order on the 31-01-2020, supposed to get delivery on the 05-02-2020 by 5pm latest, no delivery was made, they came with thier excuse "my product was damaged in transit" and they will send a replacement and should recieve delivery by 14-02-2020 by 5pm latest again LOL no delivery once again. thereafter i requested a refund on 17-02-2020, guess what - no refund was made and they can not provide me with the proof of payment, they stopped replying to my emails or whatsapp messages - please guys be aware of KWICKCLICK they will take your hard earned money and dont bother replying or assisting - their customer service is terrible and will give you all the lame excuses under the sun.
