Tow truck warning

Driver assured me that they are contracted to my insurance. They weren't. Insurance rate would have been around R3000/4000 for the job. They charged me R28500.00 and threatened to keep my car over the Xmas break and charge more for storage. Accident Xmas morning. Told me if I dont pay and collect by 12 midday on 27 December that they would keep the car till 6 Jan when they reopen and charge me storage. Daylight *******. These are the guys that give tow truck drivers a bad name.
