Kwena Towing and Recovery

On Monday the 26 of May my son was in a accident so Kwena Towing arrived asked for insurance number which we gave to him according to him he phoned them and they said he can tow the vehicle but the insurance lady confirmed nobody phoned her so now they want to tell me the balance is R30 015.00 just to tow the vehicle away and what's the bad thing he is driving with a tow truck that say he is from First Help so don't know how they can charge you so much somebody is bull****ting
