Stay away!

After more than 2 months of emails and whatsapps I am now taking my complaint to social media. People please stay away from this company with their terrible customer service and even worse manufactured items! Purchased 6 items in September and when they arrived these were in such poor condition we could not use them. I was promised replacements on many occasions and yet nothing has come from it. After two months I finally requested a refund, was told they will not refund and was threatened with legal action if I posted any negative reviews on social media. This is simply not how this works. I have all correspondence and images as proof and will not stop until I receive a refund. In the mean time, good people, don't waste your money on these ******!!!
