Not So Warm

I purchased a Woman's Robin Down Jacket from Cape Union Mart. It is really not as warm as they make it out to be, not for that price. I wore it out, with a jersey underneath and I still got cold. The temperature was 13°C . It is stylish, very comfortable and compact. However, the main reason I saved up for it and bought it was for the warmth aspect and I was really disappointed.
