KWAY SA FALSE MARKEKING STRARTEGY !!!!

On 23 December 2017, I entered K-WAY competition which was published on the December 2017 issue of INDWE Magazine (TCB Media). The second week of January 2018 I received a call from a representative either INDWE or K- Way congratulating me of winning the prize . She then asked me of my details and nearest store in Bloemfontein. Since then I have not heard from her (KWAY South Africa Marketing officer). 01 February I contacted the editor of Indwe magazine enquiring about the competition details. She informed me that she was under impression that the prize has been handed out already and will forward my email to K-Way PR- Officer. After numerous attempt of calling the client service and every time I had to explain my case I was put from pillar to post. its very disappointing that a brand a large as K-WAY can condone false advertising and try to act as if nothing happened. i am to say a few that how disgusted with their attitude and how they handle themselves.
