K-Way rain jacket a huge disappointment

My wife and I bought two identical but different sizes K-Way waterproof Jackets from Cape Union Mart in the Kollonade on the same day. We wanted to buy something of quality to use exclusively when we go camping. None of them was washed or left lying in the sun as speculated by the manager of the store when shown both jackets. They was not used much and was treated the same. The rubberising on my wife's one started to peel off while mine is still perfect. Cape Union Mart in the Kollonade kept the damaged one and promised to return it to K-Way. After 3 months when enquiring we were told that because we can't produce the till slip they did not even send it back to K-Way. I wonder who keep till slips of every part of clothing you buy? So be aware, low quality is marketed under a label and sold at high prices. Photos will be send to K-Way and Cape Union Mart with a reference to this review. Pierre de Wet
