K-Way quality ................

I purchased a k way boot for my husband last year August as a gift.The initial sale and the sales consultant basically said to us that we need to buy one size bigger shoe which we did a within the same mother i took the shoes back because my husband was not comfortable with the big size shoe he bought, The store gladly did the swop out, its been roughly 8months since my husband has worn the shoe and the material is starting the part at the front tip of the shoes. Im extremely disappointed by the fact that we spent nearly R2000 on a shoe and it only lasted 8 months. I called the call centre requesting to speak to management about this and i was advised that the i can only book the boot in for repairs. Firstly i bought the shoe under the assumptions that it is quality shoe based on the brand , I did expect it to not even see 2 winter through . I would like someone to call me with a solution please at this stage booking the shoe in for repairs is out of the question,
