My story

My name is Mmabatho I reside in kwathema. I am writing to you regarding the unfortunate experience wch I had while shopping @ the butchery My experience is as follows It's was 11 o'clock /12 not sure but there on the 12 January 2025.while shopping with my sister. A butchery aisle had wet floor & there were no safety signs denoting a slippery /wet floor. As we proceeded with our shopping, I tripped & broke my arm. We tried report the incident to Fatima but we were unjustly treated. What we experienced shocked us to an extent we were escorted outside as they ignored our concern. That was bizarre to us as we were not ready for such a treatment. Thn my brother the next day went there thy said I must go to the doctor thn come back with the letter from the doctor than we did that the manager take the letter & my numbers they said there are waiting for insurance they will call me till 2dy nothing One dearest friend advised me to write a review abt the butchery to hello Peter. Hence I couldn't hesitate because I wish to reprimand the butchery staff for handling my situation without reflecting respect & remorse to my situation. I have suffered severe pain from the incident.
