So called "four star Lodge"

To whom it may concern

First off, I would like to express my disappointment in the quality of service i have received at Kwanyoni Lodge.

The initial booking process was tedious and frankly unproductive. Nevertheless, I made the booking and proceeded to make the payment.

Upon arrival the staff was rude and unhelpful, there was no hot water and my room booking was incorrect. I had booked a room with a double bed, instead we were taken to a room with two single beds moved against each other made up with single bed linen. One of the beds didnt even have a fitted sheet.

Upon further inspection of the room we noticed that the taps in the bathroom was loose, and the floors hadn’t been washed in what looked like weeks.

The next morning, we woke up to find that this time there was no water at all, and the staff was once again, rude and reluctant to help.

When checking out we got stuck at the gate and were informed that we needed a ticket to be able to exit. We went back to reception to get the ticket and the staff, instead of helping, laughed me out and treated me like a practical joke.

This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Needless to say I will encourage anyone who asks, to book accommodation elsewhere rather than at your so called ‘four star establishment’
