Poor Hospitality

My son and his school attended a school outing to Kwantu on the 29th of October 2018. When he got home and I asked him about his experience there he said he did not enjoy it at all. The employees at the game reserve was nasty towards them never showed any hospitality, and treated them as if they were animals.

The game drivers pulled them out of the game reserve vehicles when they were to many and treated them with no respect.

I feel this was very unprofessional of the employees working at Kwantu Game Reserve and needs to be addressed as I am not the only unhappy parent.

For future references I would never recommend anybody to go there if they have any kids.
