KwaMoloi should not be in the cleaning business.

KwaMoloi advertises professional cleaning service from professionally trained staff. This is a total lie. I booked a once-off deep clean om my home, to which the sent 3 people to clean the entire house. I took the 9 and a half hours on the Friday ( where I took a whole day off work) to clean half a carpet, all the windows around the house (every window was left with dirty streaks after cleaning), 2 small bathrooms, and half of my kitchen. I phoned the company owner to let them know that it was unacceptable. She said that she would send them the following day at no extra charge to finish the job. Saturday morning, 2 hours late I might add, 2 people showed up to finish cleaning all the remaining rooms and to finish the rooms that were left undone. 4 hours into the clean I told them to pack up and leave as they got nowhere. My house was left a cluttered mess as nothing was moved back into place, the 2 carpets that were done were filthy and brown, instead of nice and deep cleaned. Me and my wife had to move everything back into place after we recleaned the house ourselves. I had to rent a carpet washer to redo the carpets as the were disgusting and started to smell of rot.
