No customer service ethics
So on the 31st of July I bought the following from Kwality Auto Parts in Delft. 639 Oryx Car Battery: don’t ever buy that. It will be the wrong choice the size and what your manufacturer specifications is, cca is way lower then any other manufacturer on the market. Then we have the Euromann Cam Sensor I needed that was not sold to me. I was sold a crank sensor now nor euromann and Not so Kwality auto parts wants to take liability for the listing error as according to the guy whom I believe me have been the manager. I also know that all suppliers will take back in used products as suppliers have them repackaged. As they don’t lose out.
