Horrible service at Kwalata Game Lodge

We checked out on Sunday after spending the weekend there (26 September 2024 - 29 September 2024), and we discovered that we had forgotten the leggings and the t-shirt. When we texted them on Monday morning, they said they would look through lost and found and get back to us. However, they never followed through. When we followed up in the afternoon, they promised to look into it. We awaited a response, but we never received one. They said they will continue to check when I inquired if there had been any updates today. Since it's Tuesday, I haven't had my clothes checked. Since I'm the one who always asks for updates and this is my first time forgetting things at the lodge or motel and having trouble getting them back, I believe they don't take me seriously. And for the other items, we broke the glass by mistake and we reported to them and paid R50 for it alone .
