Bad service & bad attitude

Thank you for having us at your game lodge on 2nd Dec 2018. Really appreciated the patience and kindness of Phuthi & Sam. I hope their great service does not go unnoticed. We really enjoyed the game drive although we did not get to see all Big5 but better luck next that is if there will ever be a next time as we still need to get over the bad service we had from the resturant. We got to the resturant and Dorothy was just rude and even sent a 'Trainee to serve and she did not even show any support to this Trainee. In my view a Trainee shadows an already up and running employee. When one of the ladies was orders she asked the Trainee about the veggies of the day and he said 'Veggies are veggies, you know veggies' he then went on and said 'whatever veggie you need I will organise' just to shut the lady up. As if this was not enough he then cae back and said we should right down what we wanted to order ourselves and even write our names down, like really? Such a great lodge providing such kinda service it's appaling. So we left and went to Tshikwana Lodge and oh man what a great service we got there, we left around 6PM. I wish the guy who served us at Tshikwana could share with Dorothy how much we paid just for the tip, perhaps then Dorothy would learn, no rather stop assuming that people are broke by just looking at them and treating them as such.
