Unreliable, dishonest and *****ulent

CAUTION: Pls do not hire Kwadukuza Electrical systems to do any gate, remote and electrical repairs. I have waited 9 months after overpaying for a service upfront, which I am yet to receive. Ravi has had excuse after excuse for 9 months now, he says he will be there at 1pm and that time comes and goes only to not receive any message or apologies, just a "oh I wasn't in the area, il come tomorrow." Which comes and goes for 9 months. Read reviews on Hello Peter which will further support my caution. I have asked him to refund me numerous times and he continues with the excuses. He has refunded me R200 of the R1000 I paid him, has promised to pay the rest in installments but that too has not happened.
