Gov departments CAN be friendly and helpful

Would like to say thank you for the help received from the department of agriculture @kwadukuza . staff was friendly and helpful and referred me to durban as they could not help with my request there. they gave me the contact of the state vet in durban who responded promptly in a professional and friendly manner. Although my particular request could not be attended was duly clarified. it is so important that gov departments attend to the public in this way. well done KZN.
