Kwa-smith country lodge, dreadful hospitality

We booked accomodation for 4 of our employees for 8 days. Besides no electricity, water and our rooms not being cleaned daily, breakfast was distasteful and served in a foamalite container!. We cancelled out stay due to the bad service and requested a refund for the balance, which they flatly refused .
