Lack of hospitality and day light *******

A group of eight girls, myself included booked a bush house at the Kwa Mmatau wildlife reserve. The first group that arrived at the place got shouted at for getting lost in the reserve, even though the was no security guard present at the gate or anyone else to assist. The owners came and went as they wanted to at the house we booked, as if to check if the place was still standing, in most cases they wouldn't even knock. <br> <br> Through out the trip we were shouted at and disrespected, Greg's attitude was the worst. It was a hassle to get them to open that gates for us to go out during the day. Further more there is no security gaurds on the premises or at the gate. <br> <br> No one was present when we check out, we just received a call to check out, no inspection was done with everyone present. They refused to give us our deposit of R1000 back, claiming that we damaged their sheet, which is not true, the damage amounts to R905. The house is stunning and the place is quite and relaxed, but the hospitality is poor.
