Wanted to make a booking Telephonically,phone rang about 19 times with no answer,because I liked the way the guest looked I was eager to go there and find out if any rooms were available, We got there and we were welcomed by the construction people,which I found very strange ,the construction man lead us to the reception,where we found no one but an unanswered phone ringing non stop ,we waited about 15 minutes before someone could come help us book in,she Than made us wait another 15 minutes saying the room wasn't ready ,we got in the room finally ,as I walked in and layed on the bed,the bedding was wet ,I got in the shower the water was almost warm,fine we went to bed ,tried going outside but the sliding door would jam and not open completely,we struggled to open the door ,6am we woke up trying to get ready for work,as we got in the shower the water was ice cold ,my boyfriend went to enquire at reception,only to find no one ,he was gone about 15-20 minutes looking for someone or anyone to help ,I was left forced to bath with the freezing water ,after I was done the a man a assume was the owner apologized said he's preparing another room for us to bath but it was already too late ,as we were late . I was really disappointed.
