I have never experience such bad service from a restaurant/pub especially from kasi. We bought 5 bottles of champagne, the minute the drinks got to our table, the dj stopped the music. They turned down the lights, and closed. The bar ladies never even mentioned they are closing (our drinks were even brought from the back) and when we requested for our money back, the waiters and bouncers sweared at us saying we sotho *****es. Our night was ruined by untrained staff! We should have stayed at Eyadini, instead of going #kwamax at 11:30pm
