I have been ****** off my money

Utterly disappointed at the level of dishonesty, no regard for humility and principles - I bought alcohol at Lichaba and I was ****** off R285. The person helping me at the bar gave themselves a tip that matched the amount of the goods I bought. I went back this morning and was met by an *********** ‘manager’ who told me “It was a mistake” when he himself was not around and even worse, I have to wait two more days for him to look at the video footage and then decide how to deal with the perpetrator. @lichaba, you have a good thing going, however, the people that work for you will potentially be your downfall. Worst of all, I get there this morning and am told “we do not have cash” so I have to drive back later and hopefully they have some. This needs people attention because I can only imagine how many other people have been ****** off their money in the same way I have. This needs to be looked into and the person responsible delt with accordingly. I really hope that this message reaches the right people that can help resolve this.
