kwa bungane worst guest house

My fiance and I had our anniversary over the weekend we booked a 2 night stay at this guest house. When we arrived our duvet cover had a big stain so we had to wait 40minutes for it to get replaced. We paid for a full english breakfast when the next mornings breakfast was served it was one slice toast, 1 strip bacon , 1half cooked patty and we asked for soft baked eggs but got hard eggs that got scrammbled. The place said it has 24hours of gate service and parking security when we got there on Saturday evening around 8 no one was there and we had to wait outside for an hour in fear forcour lives because the security gaurd walked to buy some airtime. We phoned the manager and told her about the situation she told us the guy will get fired and she promised to pay back our money in full. She paid back half the money and when i phoned her to remind her to pay back the rest she said she won't after she promised to pay back the full amount.
