Worst Bond originator - Independent Mortgages

Through KW Clockworks Edenvale, I put in an offer on a house and app**** for a home loan to all Banks using Independent Mortgages (in-house bond originator at Clockworks). We received bond grants approved in principle from all the banks. Mid June our offer to purchase expired and I informed KW Clockworks that we are not going to extend our offer. All financial institutions and all their attorneys were supposed to have been informed of the cancellation by Laurelle. I continued getting calls from attorneys wanting to get updates on the sale. At the beginning of September I app**** for a further advance on our home loan to do some renovations. Our application was declined due to affordability. Upon investigation, it seemed that neither KW Clockworks, nor Independent Mortgages informed any of the financial institutions of the cancellation and there was an amount of R12 000.00 showing as an expense on my profile due to this. I called Mark Krog at KW Clockworks on 16/09/2015 with regards to this and requested that proof of cancellation from all the banks be submitted to me by Laurelle. I sent several emails and called Mark again on 07/10/2015 and still no proof. Worst service ever!
