KW Advance WestRand - Pathetic Business Practice - Stay away if you want to avoid dis-appointment!

Stay away from KW Advance in Randburg. Dealt with a lady by the name of Donna Van Aswegen biggest mistake and lacks so much of training, skill, communication customer service. I requested to put in an offer to purchase for a property the day after i viewed and only received same '2 days later' as the agent said she was busy. Shocking if you ask me especially in this industry. It gets better as upon receiving an OTP on mail (so much for service and contradiction) and me following up 4 days later she apologizes saying she missed the attachment. No problem. That offer was to get presented to the seller which she failed to do so and said she cannot get the seller to sign digitally yet she got me to sign on mail and never explained the OTP and also told me that she is waiting for MORE OFFERS TO COME IN. (Legally and ethically not the way business is to be done on properties) She keeps me on the loop for 2 weeks to come back in the end and tell me after presenting 'ALL' the offers', the seller chose the higher one. OFCOURSE he would do so. Simply in a nutshell they are playing you over other potential buyers to look after their pockets. i even showed her my validated pre approval but i think she works on personal preference. I lost total interest in the property after a week of me following up and no calls from them. Even the day my offer was not chosen which was 2 weeks later she apologized again for not getting back to me 2 hours after knowing my offer was not accepted. Know your Rights when purchasing a property in that your offer must go in on first come first serve so everyone has an opportunity to make a decision fairly and can move on and the Seller should reply in 2-3 days and not 2- 3 weeks. PATHETIC Business practice.
