If I could rate this company a zero, I would! Poor feedback and updates, lack of accountability, shifting responsibility to the client and a complete waste of money! KVV took 6 months to conclude the sale of my house, not forgetting the costs I had to incure for their incompetence. If you value your peace and sanity, do not use KVV to either sell or buy a house. You will live to regret it.

After I made a complaint about how the sale of my house was being handled. Roy took over the process, I was made to run around from pilar to post. Ultimately KVV did not take responsibility for anything. I will not email the same person that failed to assist me the first time.
