I paid Kvv in front yet they ignoring my case for 6 month now

I purchased a house six months ago through Kvv Inc. Unfortunately, the owner who sold me the property violated the contract. I have asked countless times for the Kvv lawyers to handle the matter. I sent countless emails, phone calls, but unfortunately, to this day the matter has not been dealt with and the lawyer continues to ignore me. In the last email, I was told we'll get back to you. That was about a month ago. Although I paid Kvv all the money in front, I had to take care of it myself and go to the small claims court.
