He does everything to smooth talk you to get the business deal, will chat constantly and be so good to gain his trust. He will tell you he can chat any time in the day even late at night to offer his clients 110% service. Once you give him he job and pay the deposit of 75%, you will be lucky if he responds to calls or messages. He comes up with excuse after excuse when he doesn't deliver on time or come early to do the job. You will be lucky if he ever comes before 11am. Then right at the end of job, he will leave your cupboards incomplete and tell you he can't do the counter tops for the cupboards. The 25% balance would never cover for you to compete this or for the labour costs to complete the job. He is a compulsive **** and the worst I have come across in doing business with.
