Ilegal inverter and battery installations

Kody Vermaak, trading as KVA Solutions, is installing inverters and batteries (back up systems) to Eskom's load shedding fiascoin in the Cape Town area in contravention of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 Electrical Installation Regulations.

He uses contractors who are not registered with the Department of Labour as required by the act.
