No manners & neither any respect

@Michelle. You are absolutely unprofessional to service providers within your field. Taking them on personally and insulting them with no respect. From arriving you had issues with speeding (of which i have seen several people also driving up and down at the same speed - its not like anyones life was placed in danger but you came running down in a panic as it was the end of the world accusing of “driving to fast” , of which I apologized and then an an older man was telling me im back chatting as if im your child? I was only responding saying “sorry i didn’t mean to and i did not even realize it was that fast, its not like a was spinning and driving recklessly”). Furthermore i was told that you are not my staff, as if im yours? Then also , we brought a energy drink each (4 out of 4 - only myself and the dj didn’t consume ours yet as we had refreshments when we even arrived of which you claim to not have seen so no one told us till after 9 at night) to the premises of which we didn’t consume only till later the evening, after requesting for ice we were approached by you asking , “how do we have the audacity to disrespect your rules - (which are on the gate outside in afrikaans words as well as drank (mostly referred to as alchohol in afrikaans - hence i will give it to you for using an open ended beverages term) of which we again did apologize for missing it, not to cost you money, i will pay your fee if you really want to go there... If i knew it was an issue I clearly would not have broken any of your rules, I did explicitly asked you when we arrived if there was any rules or things we needed to know about - of which your reply was no nothing. Anyways, you then walk away and I came to speak to you. You then told me your explanation or which i clearly understand and again I apologized, of which I also said that never had someone has complained at any venue that we not allowed to bring an energy drink along, of which you responded well Im obviously not doing it long enough (im a service provider).I responded and saying I have been doing this for 7 years , of which you responded you have been doing it for 25 years, of which i said well sorry im not 50 (I guess that was some sort of sarcastic but no need to be a cool cat - Consider you are doing it so long im sure you must be). Now bare in mind we have been having refreshments the whole day at your venue, we spent money at your venue before consuming a non alcoholic energy drink of which you don’t even sell. Only of which to be compared to 100 considered to be doing the same as a defense mechanism from you to justify your insults. What tops it off is the saying when you said, “Jy moet groot word!” , really? Was that necessary? So professional? Then you told me to go sit down as im your child? I apologized on both issues you had and hence we didn’t swear another i cant believe you treat people like this. I hope to never work at your venue again, of which i told you. Everyone else here can say you so sweet, of which im sure you are, but the way you treated me has no explanation besides to say you have no respect , I treated you with respect every time but you are insulting to someone you don’t know. Never in my life has anyone had the audacity to have spoken to me the way you did in such a unprofessional manner and treating me like a child. So in your words, im equal to all as Im a paying guest, so as a paying guest i would like to rate the service given.
