Poor employee relations, Poor Humans relation

I worked for Kutting-SA in 2016, then we got retrenched and they filed for a tax directive without giving me an IRP5, it's now almost 3 years trying to resolve this matter and they are just not bringing their part,

Very poor of them not to put in effort into fixing the mess they caused, today their financial manager hung the phone on me, very unprofessional,
