Don't deal with KUTRO DEALS

If there could be 5 stars for absolute poor performance and service delivery for any company, I would certainly give those stars to Kutro Deals. They only provided a waybill for our items bought from them on auction on 20 July 2023 after I sent them an email telling them that they didn't uphold their terms and condtions and they are in breach of contract. Their terms were 5-7 working days for delivery and once we started to complain they sent an updated terms and conditions that indicate their terms are now 7-10 working days for delivery. We paid their invoice on 4 July 2023 and today we are starting in August. There are still no signs of anything being done to resolve this situation, just more and more excuses and blaim given to the courier company. If Petro Borowski's family is not in hospital then the admin lady working for them is in hospital desperately sick, which all sounds like a ****. I have sent them various emails and still they don't even respond to the email. We just want our money back because they are lying and cheating people out of their money and then they have the nerve to say we just have to wait like all the other people for the products that was bought from them.
