Full reimbur*****t within a week of booking

We experienced some unfortunate events with daughter being hospitalized and myself being hospitalized and kuthaba lodge was kind enough to fully reimburse us as we were unable to come enjoy the lodge even with only a week notice. To me that is really good support from them and as a family we appreciate it
