Kustom Home Furnishings - non-delivery of goods

Black Friday special in November, deposit paid with delivery promised by year end 2019, then they said allow them to fulfill in Jan, then Feb..but all my requests to schedule time to see work in progress was not actioned...then in March, flooding story and no answer to calls. Requested refund since order was placed based on their special confirming December delivery...and now we are in April...no refund, no furniture, no date of resolution provided...no communication on committed dates being delayed until I follow up....no ability to review on their pages. They continue to advertise deals on their platforms but haven’t delivered on an order committed for original delivery in December 2019.
