They do not even deserve the one star I gave them absolutely pathetic service, no one is accountable. they lack professionalism and are on the prowl at accident scenes looking for there next victim to ****. After ensuring my insurance company that they will take my car to SMD they took my car to central panel beaters. When i called their drivet Linda he assured me that he is waiting for a flat bed then switched his phone off. When i called the owner he said the car will be sent their anyway.As a result i had to pay 7000 rand storage fees for a car that was wriiten off. If he took my car to SMD as instructed this would have been avoided. Do not ve fooled
