dont phone these people they will keep your car

I had an accident on fri 1 may 2015 and Kurts towed my car to their depot in North Coast road. on the 2nd, I went there to find my car had been searched with a fine tooth comb and my glasses, phone and taser were gone.<br> my insurance appointed an assesor, and my car was supposed to go to thep anel beater BUT Kurt had a problem with the panel beater and would not release my car until the other party paid- he said the panel beater owed him more money ( not my problem- he was paid for my tow). to date 10 days later he will not release my car and I am sitting with out transport , He blatantly told me on the phone he is holding my car until he gets paid. I asked how much and he said none of my business. if its none of my business why is he holding my car??? I would not trust them with a toy car.
