UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

My name is TELLY NDLOVU i have a bad experience with kurt geiger shop manager at Pretoria summy marks branch i bought shoes on the 15/10/2018 and returned the shoes at 16/10/2018 for exchange because the didn't fit me. The refused to exchange for me.I think they don't respect their customers i bought this shoes cash and i am not looking for refund i just want the right size.I even left the shoes at their shop.
